Suspended from aged unlacquered brass, natural jute pendant by Los Angeles-based AD100 designer Ross Cassidy fills the room with a dramatic visual weight without being overly complicated. "This fixture came out of an experiment to play with large-scale statement lighting. I wanted to challenge myself," Cassidy explains. Crisp lines are softened by a hand-wrapped natural jute shade with subtle tonal variations. "I love mixing high-low materials that don't traditionally go together," says Cassidy.
